GSA has asked Eileen Kent repeatedly to train the new schedule holders how to Market and Sell to the Government with their GSA schedules. In March of 2012, Eileen Kent was a keynote discussing 'Ideation: Innovative Marketing Tactics for GSA Schedule Holders.' She spoke five times in front of approximately 50 people each and the attendees expressed their appreciation through unsolicited letters and emails:
